Annie Doris Johnson

Annie Doris Johnson, Beloved by her family and close friends, was born June 17, 1924, in Longview Texas. She went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 13th, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. Ms. Annie lead a long life in full service to our Lord and Savior. She cherished her fond memories of her parents (Father) Lee McKnight & (Mother) Ardesia McCoy. She served Macedonia First Baptist Church in Pampa, Texas faithfully for 43 years in excellent standing with the Lord with her (Husband) Henry Johnson, as a teacher of God’s word of the Sunday School Adult class and the Women Missionary Society. All for the empowerment of the word and all church activities. Ms. Annie moved to Columbus, Ohio with the support of (Son) Maurice Johnson and (Grandson) Austin Johnson. She immediately continued on her path of salvation with loving and welcoming arms of Love Zion Baptist Church in 2005 serving 14 years. She leaves behind her cherished memories with her loving son, Maurice Johnson, grandson Austin Johnson; many other relatives, friends, and fellow neighbors.
