Charlie Mae (Speers) Tucker

Charlie Mae Tucker, age 92, known to the family as Aunt Charlie Mae, transitioned peacefully at her residence Tuesday, May 17, 2016. A retiree of The Ohio State University food service department, she was a longtime and active member of the Shiloh Baptist Church until her declining health prevented her active participation in the church ministries of the Missionary, Saturday Food Program, Friends of the Homeless and Evergreens Senior Citizen Club. She was also a member of the Council Elders. Preceded in death by her husband Lacy Tucker, Charlie Mae is survived by daughter Diane Shaw; grandson Darren Shaw; cousin Willie Maude Atkinson of Anniston, AL; nephew Wiley (Donna) Bates; and many other nieces and nephews and cousins.
