Percy Garrett Iii

Percy James Garrett III, 46, passed on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Winchester Place Nursing Home. He was a graduate of South High School. He was employed at Columbus City Schools. He was preceded in death by his father, Percy J. Garrett II and maternal grandparents, John and Eula Howze. Percy leaves behind to mourn his loving mother, Katherine Garrett; son, Percy James Garrett IV; significant other, Amy Molino; sisters, Linda Battle, Teresa Garrett, Marilyn Howze; brother, Bryant Garrett; aunts, Loretta Rogers, Elzennia (Frank) Glover, Mary Tartt; uncles, Carl (Denise) Howze, John Howze, Jr.; close cousins, Ricky Rogers and Frank Glover, Jr.; and a host of other cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Percy will be missed by all those who had the privilege of loving and knowing him.
