Robert William 'Rob' Stinson
January 16, 1919 — November 16, 2015
Robert William Stinson, known to many as Rob, was born January 16, 1919 in the city of Cornelius, located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Rob served his country as a member of the United States Air Force and later became an employee of the State of Ohio, where he worked as a truck driver for many years. On Monday, November 16, 2015, at the age of 96, he departed this earthly life while residing in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by his wife and mother, Robert leaves a host of loved ones to cherish his memory, including a devoted cousin, Janet Farrar, of Charlotte, North Carolina.
