Adwin Toussaint West

Adwin Toussaint West, “Artist and Creator”, age 31, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015. Attended South H.S., Beechcroft H.S., and Sante Fe State College in Gainesville, FL, pursuing a degree in Fine Arts. A member of St. John A.M.E. Church, he enjoyed reading, writing, music, crafting, and was very family oriented. An advocate for positive change and unity, Adwin was a very passionate artist in painting and drawing and has exhibited in various venues. Predeceased, most recently, by uncle John West and aunt Rev. Gwendolyn Phillips. Survived by parents, Pheoris West and Michele Hoff West; sister Pheannah West; brothers, Jahlani and Adji West; along with many other family members.
