Aleta Marquerite (Bradley) Thomas

Aleta M. Thomas was born December 11, 1947 to Elaine and Nathaniel Bradley in Columbus, Ohio. She is the eldest in her family of six children. On March 8, 2017, at the age of 69, Aleta departed this earthly life while at her residence. Her brother, Nathaniel Bradley, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband Tim Thomas; two sons, Basson Thomas and Renault Thomas; two brothers, Martai Bradley and John Stewart; two sisters, Elettie Bradley and La'Vada Bradley; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial ceremony will be held in Aleta's honor on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Refuge Baptist Church, 400 North 20th Street, where her family will begin receiving loved ones and friends at 1 p.m. For more information or to arrange for delivery of floral tributes, please contact the church's administrative office, (614) 253-8739.
