Alice Marie (Magwood) Evans, life time resident of Urbancrest, Ohio was born on October 29, 1931. On May 13, 2012 after a very courageous battle, her Heavenly Father dispatched his Angels; calling her home, saying well done my good and faithful servant. Alice was a retired cook for Southwestern City Schools, a faithful and dedicated member of St. Luke United Methodist Church, a honest friend to many and “grandma” to all. She is preceded in death by parent Ruth Kemper (Moses) Magwood, Edward E. Evans Sr. (Husband), Carolyn Evans (Daughter), Edna E. Evans (Daughter), Edward, Eric and Dwight Evans, (Grandsons), Jamar Whiteside (Great Grandson) and Lawrence Magwood (Brother). Her survivors include children Evelyn (Darrell) Holiday, Earllee Chatman, Edward (Janice) Evans Jr., Eugene Evans, Ernest (Joanne) Evans and Emmagean Spivey. She also leaves her brother John (Margaret) Magwood Sr., a legacy of 27 Grandchildren, 55 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren; dear friends, Barbara Quinichett , Anna Jones, and Ruth Hill, a hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
