ALLEN POOLE, son of Minnie Moss, was born on Saturday, September 13, 1930, in Douglas, Georgia. This United States Army Veteran served in the Korean War. Following his service to his country, Allen was united in holy matrimony to Helen C. Bennett on October 14, 1951. Brother Poole loved the Lord. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (FMBC) in 1959, under the pastorate of Rev. R.T. Gleaves.
