Beloved son and brother, Andrew James Thaer Ittayem, known affectionately as “Drew” was born to the union of Maria Ford (Ittayem) and Thaer S. Ittayem on his mother’s birthday, February 23, 1993. Andrew was a very vibrant young man who was often seen playing pee-wee football and was an avid boxer. Andrew was known as the jokester of the family, especially among his eight siblings. He was a junior at Northland High School where he was loved and appreciated by both students and staff. Andrew was called to his Heavenly Home on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. He was preceded in death by the following relatives: grandparents, Shaher and Ghofron Ittayem, Walter L. Ford, Sr. and Doris M. Ford, and special grandfather Gary Rodgers. He is survived by his father Thaer S. Ittayem; mother Maria Ford; siblings, Allen-Troy Smith, Jr. (Tressandra), Yasmeen Ittayem, Christopher (Odessey), Kimberley, Aaron (Keisha), Makayla, Brandon, and Justin Ford; uncles, Shadi, Samer, Nizar, Sirhan, and Issa Ittayem of Clearwater, Florida, John and David Hobson, and Walter L. Ford, Jr. (Karen) of Columbus, Ohio; aunts, Fida, Christina, and Lila, of Clearwater, Florida, Karla (Melvin) Brown, Teddy, and Amia Ford of Columbus, Ohio; great uncles and aunts, Issam and April Latif of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, Dorothy Jackson, Brenda Sowell, and Richard and Jacqueline Sowell of Columbus, Ohio; special grandmothers Della Rodgers of Columbus, Ohio and Ghada Ittayem of Clearwater, Florida; special cousins, Erica Brown, Ke’ore, and Quan; special friends, Sidney and Brooklyn Brown, Wayne, David, Allante’, Tevon, and Eddie; a host of other family members and friends.
