Anna Mix

Anna Rochelle Mix was born on August 23, 1970, to Robert and Helen (Sullivan) Mix in Columbus, Ohio.

After attending high school, she moved to Lancaster, Ohio where she began a long-term career with Anchor Hocking. At Anchor Hocking she progressed in her role and was a crew leader. It was here that she met her dear friend Brenda Willis. They remained close until Anna’s passing. While working at Anchor Hocking, Anna’s co-workers always talked about her hearty laugh and how she could get them all laughing and having fun. In 2023, she was awarded A Certificate of Appreciation by the chief and captain of the Lancaster Police department for saving a co-worker’s life at Anchor Hocking.

Anna really enjoyed football. Her favorite teams were The Ohio State Buckeyes, The Cleveland Browns and The Cincinnati Bengals. She loved watching all types of crime stories. She was very fond of her dogs and spent plenty of fun time with them. She also loved riding motorcycles.

Anna really loved her grandmother, Emma Wiggins, and made sure she called and talked to her on a regular basis.

She is survived by her father, Robert Mix, her mother, Helen Mix, her brother, Michael Mix (Natasha), her grandmother, Emma Wiggins and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear Friends.

Anna will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, hearty laugh, and lovable hugs 😊
