Anthony Blair Jackson

Anthony Blair Jackson, age 22, of Columbus, went home to the Lord Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Ross Heart Hospital, from complications of juvenile diabetes. He was born in Columbus on August 30, 1991. An excellent student and athlete, Anthony attended Columbus City Schools for his elementary education, and graduated from The Wellington School, where he excelled in academics, basketball and theatre. He lettered in varsity basketball during his junior and senior years. Anthony attended Elon University, Columbus State Community College, and was presently enrolled at The Ohio State University. Anthony was baptized in his youth and was a devoted member of Saint Philip Lutheran Church, where he sang in the choir and supported their mission. He leaves top cherish his memory his parents, Nina Jackson Miller and Steve Miller; grandmother, Joan Jackson; aunts, Janet E. Jackson (Godmother), Diane (James) Edwards, of Columbus, OH; uncles, Michael Jackson, of New York, NY; Robert and Douglas Jackson, both of Columbus, OH; Godfather, Terry D. Anderson, of Columbus, OH; and many other relatives and friends.
