Barbara Jean Johnson

Barbara Jean Johnson was born December 7, 1951 to Mary Florence Humphrey and Clarence Albert Johnson in Carlisle, Kentucky. She was a resident of Minerva Park Place and professed her faith in Christ through her worship at St. Dominic Church. Barbara, affectionately nicknamed Little Jean, enjoyed shopping, going for walks, and singing. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her loved ones. Rather than sitting down to partake in a complete meal, Barbara would regularly snack on nick nacks throughout the day, and she was known for telling her family and friends to just be quiet! Barbara Jean departed this earthly life on Friday, December 27, 2012 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert and Clarence Johnson. She leaves to cherish her memories, three children, LaTosha Brown, Tina Brown, and Andre Johnson; two sisters, Diane (Doug) Carter and Ramona Washington; three brothers, Ronald Johnson, Perry Humphrey, and George Washington; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
