Betty J. Moore, age 76, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Kobacker House. Sis. Moore was born April 21, 1936 in Atmore, Alabama to the late Henry and Vastie (Richburg) Jefferson. She was a member of Mt. Zion Church of God in Christ for 40 years. Sis. Moore dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and a strong woman of faith. Sis. Moore was vibrant and energetic and everyone she met adored her. She enjoyed traveling and living life to the fullest. Sis. Moore was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Samuel L. Jefferson. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Clemon J. Moore; sister, Josie Mae Lyons; son, Lester (Geneva) Graham; daughters, Deborah (Jeffrey) Daniels and Melissa (Adrian) Milton; grandchildren, Monique Smith, Keith Williams, Angelica Milton, Andrew Milton and Lori Reynolds; great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ian, Samuel, Kaleb, Sophia and Ebony; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
