Beulah Gertrude Hayes

Beulah Gertrude Hayes, age 96, was called home by the LORD on March 26, 2012 after a short illness at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on April 18, 1915 in Washington Court House, Ohio to Thomas and Mary Lovings. Beulah, affectionately known as “Mother Hayes”, was a charter and devoted member of Rock-of-Faith Baptist Church. She joined Rock-of-Faith on May 28, 1978. Mother Hayes was a faithful worker and loved her church. She was a member of Elks Lodge Capital City Temple #231. Predeceased in death by parents, Lucreta Faucette and Alverta Lovings (sisters), Thomas Lovings Jr. (brother) and Bynam W. Hayes (husband). Survived by her loving and devoted daughter Dorothy (Robert) Yates; granddaughter Terri (John) Yates Graham, grandson Michael Yates, adopted “Sissy” Charlsie Smith, special friends Doris and Arthur Norman, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
