Bruce Howell

Bruce Howell, age 52, was born on September 28, 1958. He was raised and educated and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He moved to Kuwait in 2007 to pursue his career as a Military Mechanic. Bruce passed away quietly in his sleep on August 28, 2011 from complications from a long valiant battle with colon cancer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie B. Howell; father, Hampton Howell Sr.; son, La’Vint Walton and brothers, Aaron, Edward and Charles. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, a loving wife, Helen; children, Leah Walton, Justin Crews, Isaac Crews and Clarence Howell; sisters, Juanita Bivens and Eunice Veloz-Howell; brothers, James Irvin Howell and Hampton (Pee-Wee) Howell Jr.; long time friends, John and Christy Garrett (who were with him till the end); a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
