Carl Albert Foster

Carl Albert Foster was born April 4, 1946 to Albert Foster and Mildred Viola Brown Foster in Columbus, Ohio. He was educated in the Columbus Public School System as worked as a laborer for many years with various State of Ohio agencies. Carl passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by both his mother and father. He leaves to cherish his memory, two children, Carla Turner-Brown of Orange, Texas, and Lorenzo Sparks of Columbus, Ohio; brother Alvin (LaVona) Foster, and sister Jacqueline Foster, both of Columbus, Ohio; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
