Carl C. Fields Jr., age 86, began his journey August 17, 1924; this journey came to a peaceful end Tuesday, November 30, 2010. He was the youngest of 4 children born to Carl C. Fields, Sr. and Anna Louise (White) Fields of Newark Ohio. Carl was predeceased by his wife, Ruth (Green) Fields; his parents; and brothers, Thomas C. and William C. Fields. He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Bernadette (Eddie) Williams, Brenda (Wilson) Waderker, Naomi (Doug) Bailey, Carla Bryson, Sharon Jeter, Beonita Williams, Sandra (Glenn) Herring, Teresa Fields, William (Susan) Fields, Carl (Cindy) Fields, Elizabeth (William) Watkins; a sister, Mary Jane Smith; sister-in-law, Frankie McGee, 25 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and the extended family of Shiloh Baptist Church.
