Carrie Beatrice Lisath Reaves

Carrie Lisath was born September 9th, 1922 in Orangeburg, SC to Inez Thompson and Barney Liysath. Carrie passed away May 30th, 2019 in Columbus, OH near her immediate family. During her young life she moved with her family to Portsmouth, OH and later married James H Reaves where they raised three children. Carrie enjoyed a special gift with animals and adored working in her garden. Carrie will be remembered as an attentive and loving grandparent, parent, sister and elder member of her church, the Apostolic Lighthouse Temple. Carrie was preceded in death by parents, Inez and Barney; and brother, Ellix. She is survived by three children, Vernon, Vicki and Delores; three grandchildren, Camille, Damon and Jamarr; and three great grandchildren, Wesley, Makayla and Elliott. Celebration of Life 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Apostolic Lighthouse Temple, 2161 Lehner Rd., where her family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of service.
