Cerena L. Noble-Mackey

Cerena Lora Noble-Mackey was born on May 14, 1939 in Columbus, Ohio to William Noble and Wyeamus Estella (Noble) Webster. She retired from the State of Ohio Board of Education with 36 years of service. Cerena went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Grant Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Jeannette Paschal. She leaves to forever cherish her memories, her husband, John Allen Mackey; son, Rickie Allen Mackey; sister, Thelma Lucille Noble; best friend, Karen; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
