Clarence Irvan Goines

Clarence Irvin Goines was born on March 6, 1957 to Edward and Mary (Goines) Tartt in Columbus, Ohio. He departed this life on Thursday, April 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Goines; brother, Edward Goines Jr., Larry Goines; uncles, Sam Parnell, BJ Warren, Ocie Howze; and grandparents, Elder John and Eula Mae Howze. He is survived by mother, Mary Tartt; David Tartt, brothers, David Lee Goines and Ronald L. Goines; aunts, Katherine(Percy) Garrett, Loretta Rogers, Elzennia (Frank) Glover and Val (Audrey) Howze; uncles, John Howze Jr. and Carl (Niece) Howze; several nieces, nephews, many cousins, other relatives and friends.   We cannot say that he is gone, he’s just away. Never will his memory fade, loving thoughts will forever linger in our hearts. He loved sports, enjoyed life and always had a smile on his face. We love him but God loved him best --- The Family.
