Claudette ''Boonie'' (Napper) Hopkins

Mrs. Claudette (Napper) Hopkins affectionately known as “Boonie”, age 80, of Columbus, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015.The oldest of four, she was born to the late Theodore and Edith Napper. In addition to her parents Claudette was preceded in death by her brothers, Theodore and Steven Napper; former husband, Willie J. Hopkins, Sr; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by her son, Willie Jr. (Carla) Hopkins; brother, Lloyd Sr. (Melania) Napper; grandchildren, Willie Hopkins III, Brittany (Richard) Burbridge, Kiara (Marcus) Dickerson, Cameron Hopkins, great-grandchildren, Jailyn, Skylar, and Nyla; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Claudette retired from National Graphics after 25 years of service. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 15, 2014 at the chapel at DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long St., where family will receive friends at 9:00 A.M. Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
