Mrs. Daisy Pace was born Daisy McClinton on February 2, 1922 to Mr. Lace McClinton and Mrs. Willie Allen. She departed her life on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 8:00 a.m., while enjoying what she loved doing, talking to friends at the dinner table. Mother Pace is what she was called by many. She lived a saved, sanctified and Holy Ghost filled life. She was a long time member of Sweet Hope Baptist Church in Laurel Maryland before moving to Columbus, Ohio in February 12, 1972. After moving to Ohio, she became a member of Cornerstone Pentecostal Church. Mother Pace loved her family, her church family, people and cooking. Oh….not to forget eating too. Mother Pace was united in holy matrimony to George Pace and to this union nine children were born. Mother Pace was preceded in death by her mother, Willie Allen and father, Lace McClinton; one sister, Lillie Darby; one brother, Jim Odom; four sons, Jack, George, Cleveland and Johnny Pace; one daughter, Annie Lee; two grandson, Jerome Rhodes and Eugene Milton and one great grandson, Laquan Jones.
