Darryl Anthony Brown

Darryl Anthony Brown, affectionately known as "DB", was born July 9, 1972 in Columbus, OH, to Robert Albert Gregory and Dorothy L. Brown. Darryl attended Whetstone High School, where he was a State Track Champion. He was also a four-time Columbus Park and Recreation Swimming Champion for Windsor Pool. He was a construction worker laying concrete for Gutknecht & Trucco Construction Companies. In his leisure, Darryl loved playing video games with his son, Drake and going out into nature with his daughter, Jordan catching frogs and turtles. Darryl departed this life on Monday, June 8, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Albert Gregory. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy L. Brown; son, Drake Brown; daughter, Jordan Brown; mother of his children, Susan Owusu-Ansah (Gardner); brothers, Greg Williams, Rex Brown, Rod Brown, Jeffery Brown, Shawn Brown and Robert Brown; sisters, Robin Brown and Maryann Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends.
