David Louis Holloway, age 60, went home to the Lord Friday, June 17, 2011 at Arbors East. He was born November 16, 1950 in Columbus, OH. During his early years David was employed by Indian Spring Poultry, and Tim Horton's; he also enjoyed singing, and had sung with the Belmont Youth Club. He was predeceased by his parents, Major Holloway, Sr. and Tiny Mae (Watkins) Holloway; one son, Charles Henderson; and three brothers, Henry, Major, and Larry Holloway, all of Columbus, OH. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, LaVonna (Tyron) Abbington and Akilah Holloway; one son, David A. (Michelle) Holloway; and one step-son, Rashid Jackson, all of Columbus, OH; three brothers, Nathaniel (Dorothy) Holloway, of Portsmouth, NH; Willie C. Holloway, Curtis (Betty) Holloway, all of Columbus, OH; one sister, Sara Jonson, of Sanford, NC; 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
