Debra was born May 25, 1953, in Columbus, Ohio, and passed away on June 15, 2020, at OSU East. Debra attended Columbus City Schools; later she was employed by Columbus City Schools as a Satellite Worker with their Lunch Program. Debra also worked for CDC Headstart as a Bus Aide. She had attended St. Phillips with her aunt as a youth. Debra enjoyed crocheting but more than anything she loved cooking and feeding people. She loved all of her nieces and nephews dearly and always wanted to babysit them so she could cook a lot of food and make sure they ate well. Debra also enjoyed politics and the political process. She served as a Presiding Judge for the polls with the Franklin County Board of Elections most of her adult life. Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian (Ralph) Smith, and her Father Albert Terry; brothers Norman Findlay, Ronald Maurice, Ronald Findlay and Elijah Smith; grandparents Leroy and Grace Smith; aunts & uncles Norma Jean, Marie and Lincoln Mandeville, former spouse Eddie Davis; and brother-in-law David Moore. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter, Yolanda Grace (Theo Walker); sons, Benjamin Grace III, and Edward (Anndrea Judd-Davis) Davis; former son-in-law, Tommy Culpepper; brother, Richard (Donna) Jameson Sr.; sisters, Sharon Smith, Karen (Walter) Ford, and Tina Terry; sister-in-laws, Regina Jameson, and Karla Brown; nephews & great nephews, Richard Jameson Jr., Shawan (Nicole) Johnson, Adrian (Linda) Smith , Daryl (Michelyn) Smith, Mark Turner, David (Eternity) Moore, DJuan, Jerome, Larry Ivery, Denee Nalls, Adrian Smith Jr., and David Moore III; nieces & great nieces; Dacia Smith, Deann Ivery, Maria Beel, Chasity Edgerton, Honesty Walker, Desire Smith, Mariah Wilson, Aliza Patterson, Kanisha Miles, Deahjania Turner Green, Creronjania Smith, Natieona Beel, Nicole Turner, Destiny Tatum AKA Lindsey Terry, Dynasty Terry, Javiera, Alexis, Shakira, Myangel, Nevaeh, Landan, and London, Kaveontae, Sonjay Carter, Diontae Smith, LaDonna (James) Patterson, Carlos Moore, and Carla & Freddy Wooden; and the extended Moore Family; grandchildren, Karisma (Omar), Shaquan, Aiyana, Leilani, Kadeem, Benjamin Alfredo, Edward Jr.; great grandchildren, Kymani, Liam, Liyah, Uncles Walter (Nancy) Nickens, Gary Smith, Victor Smith; her former husband, Benjamin Grace II; best friends, Paula Booker and Paula Manns; and also friends, Grace Redmon (aide), Rosalyn Majors (aide) and Carol Pepper Gray. Debra will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Beginning at 1:00 pm, doors will open for a walk-through viewing with staggered admission of up to 10 people at a time. For the mutual wellness and respect of those present, all visitors are asked to wear an appropriate face covering, apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer spray upon entry, and maintain proper distancing according to current public health guidelines. We encourage you to utilize Debra's memorial celebration wall to send flowers and post an expression of sympathy and support for the family. A receptacle will also be available for on-site collection of sympathy cards and condolence letters.
