Dion Scott Hopson

Dion Scott Hopson, age 49, was born December 3, 1972. He received his call from the Lord on January 6, 2022. Dion accepted Christ at an early age as a member of Second Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. He was a graduate of East High School in Columbus and attended Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. He worked as an electrician with US Tank. Dion was preceded in death by his grandparents Dorothy and Charles Keaton, father Steven Hopson, aunt Rita Keaton-Morton, and brother Jayson Conley. He is survived by his children, Bryant Culberson, Asjia Hopson, and Jonathan Johnson; parents, Folami Binta-Hunter and James Hunter; fiance, Monica Black; siblings, Evelyn Ware, Yvonne (Richard) Dyer, Stephanie (Rondell) Champion, Lisa (James) Harris, Tammy Hunter, Terasha Hunter, Jamie Hunter, Charles(Cheree) Kirven Jr., Tiffany (Elon) Crosby; other siblings, Screta Reynolds, Desiree Wooden, Jasmine Garnes, Shaquille Mosley; aunt, Paula "Lucky" Keaton; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
