Dolores Costella Smith-White, loving mother and caring grandmother passed away December 15, 2021 at age 88 in her home surrounded with family. She was adored by family and loved my many friends. Dolores served as the president of her family business E.E. Ward Moving and Storage and was recognized as the next leader of the oldest black owned business of America by Black Enterprise magazine. She also served in many social groups and was an excellent bowler and seamstress. She was best known for opening her home to extended family and friends for get togethers to celebrate life, with dancing, food, and family. She is preceded in death by her devoted parents, Rochelle and Beatrice Smith and her loving son Wayne Anthony White. She is survived by her three daughters, Roxanne White, Cathy (White) Valdes and Michelle (White)Tudor, and many grandchildren William, Marc, Portia, Whitley, Mikiala, Nino, Christopher and Miles and great grandchildren and an adoring family and friends who admired her greatly. Dolores White was a generous and loving mother to all of her family. We will miss her and cherish her in our hearts forever.
