Edward Leroy 'Dooley' Quinichett

Edward L. Quinichett, age 82, born July 17, 1932 in Urbancrest, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 7, 2014. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Edward retired from the City of Columbus, Department of Sanitation where he was employed as a truck driver. He was also a faithful member of Good Samaritan Baptist Church in Columbus. Many of Edward's loved ones and close friends affectionately referred to him as Quinny or Dooley. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon Madison, and his parents, Joseph E. Quinichett and Willa Mae Quinichett. Edward leaves to cherish his life's memories, his beloved wife, Josephine; sons, Edward Wallace and Rodney E. Hatcher; sisters, Pauline Ward, Enid (Ben II) Green, and Debra Shelby; brothers, Robert (Lorraine) Quinichett and Joseph Quinichett, Jr.; and a host of other relatives, dear friends, and church family.
