Eleanor Watkins

Eleanor Watkins, age 91, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Born March 5, 1923 to Walter Wilson and Lillian Grace Cobb in Twin Branch, W.VA. Graduate of 5th Avenue High School, Pittsburgh, PA. with Honors and Valedictorian; graduate of Poro Beauty School and Columbus Practical Nursing. She is preceded in death by husband of 72 years, Rev. Jack E. Watkins (Nov. 20, 2013); sister, Lucille Bailey and brother, Walter Clarence Wilson; one grandchild and one great grandchild. She leaves to cherish her memory, four daughters, Carol D. Wilkerson, Patricia A. (John) Milner-Turner, Helen M. Gemmell-Miller and Jacqueline E. Dennis; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
