Elsie A. Hall

Elsie Ann (Swayne) Hall, 99, of Columbus, went to be with the Lord on Friday May 27, 2022. She was born on February 10, 1923, in Elbert, West Virginia and was a charter member of Zion Christian Assembly. She was a devout woman of God who adored her family and cherished every moment of life. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her son, Michael Hall; daughters Monica Hall and Debbie (Ken) Tidwell; grandchildren, Kenny (Dona) Tidwell, Monica (Otis) Whitted, Brian (Christy) Hall, Michael Benjamin Hunter; and great grandchildren, Nikolas, Brandon, Xavier, Hope, Kennedy, Josiah, and Ella. Preceded in death by parents, Lee and Rosella (Martin) Swayne; Husband, Prince Hall; Siblings, Edward, Ophia, Thomas, James, Melvin, Clara and Catherine. She is survived by sister, Elizabeth (George) Hairston and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Diehl Whittaker Funeral Service at 720 E. Long Street Columbus, Ohio 43203 at 11am on Friday, June 10, 2022 until the time of services at 12pm with Elder Roger Totten officiating. Interment will be in Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
