Fannie Ruth Castle, age 93, died on Saturday, August 3, 2013, at her home in the presence of God. She was born Fannie Ruth Davis, on April 14, 1920 in Zebulon, Georgia. Fannie was united in marriage to Bert Oliver Castle in Columbus, Ohio. To this union was born five children. As a member in good standing with the Shiloh Baptist Church, Fannie served faithfully the mission of the church by contributing her time, talent, influence and means to the Ladies Usher Board, Women's Choir, Sunday Church School and funeral services. Fannie will be missed by her family tremendously. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings and granddaughter, July. She is survived by her three sons, Oliver, Bert (Karen) and Trace; two daughters, Mary and Sue; seven grandchildren, Rhonda, Bert, Justin, Xavier, Gabrielle, Subella and Arielle; three great granddaughters, Shemyah, Ikasia, and Kadence and also by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
