Francine E. Washington, 63, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011 at her residence. Preceded in death by husband David Washington, parents George and Dorothy Jane Dinkins, and adoptive mother Ruth Williams. Survived by children, Kenneth (Marilyn) Grant, Doris (Richard) Caldwell, Ellis Grant, and Emeka Grant; sisters Jean A. (James) Kinsey and Doris J. Camp; a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Homegoing Service 11 a.m., Monday, May 2, 2011 at First Church of God, 3480 Refugee Rd., where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the start of service.
