Gary Alan Morris

Gary Alan Morris, of Columbus, passed away suddenly on June 15, 2011 at the age of 57. He was born and raised in Huntington, WV. Gary was a 1971 graduate of South Point High School and a 1975 graduate of Ohio University. Gary started his management career at JCPenney. He then went on to work for McDonald’s Corporation, NTB, and Bank One (nka JPMorgan Chase Bank). Most recently, Gary worked as a substitute teacher for Columbus Public Schools. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Virginia (Farrow) Morris. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Jeanette; his son, Brandon Palmer; daughters, Adrianne (Michael) Patterson and Alyson (Shawn) Barnett; sister, Zelda Dunn; brothers, Richard Morris and Kevin Morris; grandchildren, Demetrius, Raegan, Donovan and Alynn, and many other relatives and lifelong friends.
