GLORIA “GLO” DIANE WATSON GDW-4 Romans 8:18 “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” Columbus-Gloria Diane Watson, 73, born February 23, 1946, transitioned peacefully with the Lord on November 14, 2019, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Gloria is preceded in death by parents Floyd Drake Watson and Mary Frances Watson, siblings, Constance Gossett and Laz Watson. She is survived by her children, Tyrone and Michelle Watson (Columbus); grandchildren, Tyrone J. Watson Jr. (Maryland), Tychelle A. Watson, Mariah Chapman (Columbus) and Jazzmond A. Jackson (Columbus); brothers, Albert Jr. and Edison Watson (Columbus); many other loving family and friends. The family would like to thank Mount Carmel East ICU Nursing Staff, for their gentle care during our loved one’s passing. Also, thank you to Riverside Neurology Department for their extended care provided. Finally, Thank you to Diehl-Whittaker Funeral Home, for the handling of service preparations. To you Mom, the Matriarch of our family. Even though you are no longer with us and have now gone home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, you will continue to be honored always. We will miss you mommy but I know that your spirit will always be with us. Thank you, for being the best ever, in our lives. As we said before you departed this earth and believe that GOD would validate also, “Well done Mommy, well done”, now it’s your time to Rest in Peace. You will NEVER be forgotten.
