Gregory "Stone" Johnson, Sr.

Gregory Alan "Stone" Johnson, Sr. was born January 30, 1952 to Dorothy L. (Dummond) McCain and Elve Johnson, Jr. He was a 1972 graduate of West High School and attended Bliss College. He was a skilled mechanic by trade. On Monday, March 26, 2018, Gregory passed peacefully at home. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents John H. and Thelma Drummond, and youngest brother Philip A. “Pnut” McCain. Greg is survived by his children, Yvonne Taylor, Gregory Johnson, Jr., and Michael Johnson, Sr.; brother, Steve (Linda) Johnson; sister, Terri McCain-Taylor; his life partner, Beverly Rice; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
