Gwendolyn G. Hunt, 81, went Home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 26, 2010. Beloved mother and State of Ohio retiree. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Gladys Horton, and granddaughters Constance Hunt and Tamara Hickman. Left to mourn are her daughters, Glodine Hunt, Jacqueline Hunt, and Madeline (Leonard) Goss; sister Virginia Denny; grandchildren, Tavia Hickman, Oletha Pace, Lamont (Trin) Hickman, Sr., Olanea Hunt, Tamika (Calvin) Craft, Misty Terry, Sparkle (Leon) Mason, and Alexander Hunt; 20 great grandchildren; special friends, Ruby Childs, Cora Abbott, Angie, Rita, Bobby Ells, and a host of other family and friends. Memorial Service 11 a.m., Friday, December 31, 2010 at Good Samaritan Baptist Church, 1680 E. Fulton Street, with family receiving friends from 10 a.m. until the start of service. Pastor Arnold L. Randolph, Jr., officiating.
