Harold George “Bill” Coles, age 75, went home to the Lord Friday, July 22, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born in Williamson, WV, he attended Karl Road Baptist Church, and for 17 years was a school bus driver for the Westerville School District, where he was referred to as “Boombox Bill” by his students. He was also a softball coach of the Northern Columbus Athletic Association. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Addie Coles; son, Jesse Andrew Coles; brothers, Charles, Melvin, and Leroy Coles; and sister, Florence Coles. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 36 years, Bette Coles; daughters, Olympia (Jason) Williams, Valentina Coles, Angela Coles, and Addie Coles; granddaughter, Jessena Coles; sons, William and Gary Coles; sisters, Esther Wynn and Margaret McCrary; brother, Walter Coles; and several other grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
