Hazel Turner

Hazel J. Turner was born on October 9, 1931 in Algoma, West Virginia to the late Otho and Lula Haynes Turner. On September 4, 2011, an angel was sent to Summits Trace Care Center to take her Home to be with her family. Preceded in death by siblings, Joseph, Willie, Otho, Vernard and Dorothy Turner. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories, sisters-in-law, Doris Turner, of Washington, DC and Evelyn and Luella Turner, of Columbus, OH; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends at Senior Independence Hospice.
