Holly R. Carroll Campbell left to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 9, 2010 after a long battle with diabetes. Holly was born at Mac-Dell A.F.B. Tampa, Florida to Eugene A. Carroll and Ozzie B. Black, who preceded her in death along with her grandparents who raised Holly and Eugena, Margaret Pace (Carroll) and William Carroll; grandfather, Rev. Wade Castleberry; sister, Patricia Carroll and brother, Alton Washington. Left to cherish her memories are her sisters, Eugena Dade, Linda (James) Williams, Sabrina (Paul) Bell and Felicia (James) Prather; brother, Willie (Cheroida) Harris; 5 nephews and 4 nieces and a host of other great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends - among whom are special friends, Lisa Cary and Hennie. Holly was raised in Plain City, Ohio by her grandparents and her father; where she attended Jonather Alder High School and was a majorette. Holly also attended Mifflin High School where she established and organized the Plangerette Dance and Drill Team. She also graduated from Bowling Green University. She was a school teacher with the Columbus City School District for 15 years. Later in life she established herself professionally as a licensed loan officer with over 10 years of service before starting her own company, Brokerage Premiere Lending. Holly was a faithful member of the Grace New Covenant Apostolic Church.
