Howard Ozel Turner

Howard O. Turner, 66, was born to Joseph Turner and Luella (Mays) Turner on December 29, 1948 in Wolfe, West Virginia. He earned his angel wings on the night of Friday, September 11, 2015. Howard attended East High School. He accepted Christ at an early age. He was retired from the City of Columbus Sanitation Department. Howard is preceded in death by wife, Joyce Turner; father, Joseph Turner; sons, Justin O. Tyler, Sr., Lamar Turner; daughter, Lynn Turner. Howard leaves to cherish many memories his daughters, Yolanda Tyler, Aretha Mills; son, Howard O. Ervin; mother, Luella Turner; brothers, Joseph (Mary) John (Margaret), Richard, Thadus (Tina); sisters, Maxine Arnold, Alice Dill; host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
