Irene Ruby Harrison

Irene Ruby Harrison was born on August 24, 1931 and departed this life at the age of 81 on Friday, March 1, 2013. She was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and then relocated to Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Harrison; parents, Anderson and Annie King; grandson, Dameon Marshall; sisters, Sara Pauline and Mildred King, Helen Norman and brother, Hugene King. She leaves to cherish her memories, son, Gary (Vanessa) Harrison; granddaughter, TyeEast (Larry) Crews; grandsons, Raymond (Darlene) Gazzard, Darveon (Amy) and Gary Marshall, Ronald “Buster” (Angie) Howe; great grandchildren, Destiny, Cierra, Larry “Lil Joe”, Jenise, Elijah, Devin, Kyndal, Lexi, Darveon, Jr., Shayln, Lovie, Teiana, Cameron, Marcus, Noah, Tayja; sisters, Shirley Maxwell, Betty Sue King, Mary Jo Lawrence; brother, Melvin King, Sr., a host of nieces, and nephews and other relatives; special niece, Rhonda Minor. She will be missed by those that have the pleasure of loving her and the privilege of knowing her.
