James Ross Henderson

James Ross Henderson, age 71, transitioned into the arms of the Lord on Friday, November 17, 2017 at The Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital. Jim was a 1964 graduate of East High School, a 1969 graduate of Central State University; he completed his Masters of Education degree at The Ohio State University. After 28 years of dedicated service as an Educator in the Columbus Public School System, he retired from Walnut Ridge High School as an Assistant Principal. Jim is predeceased by his parents, James A. and Estelle Nesbitt Henderson. Cherishing his memory are his loving wife of 39 years, Flora E. Taylor Henderson; son James “JT” (Ardena) Henderson; grandson, Joshua; sister, Veronica (Clarence) Green; and niece, Holly Estelle Henderson. He will be missed by many cousins and lifelong friends.
