Janice Delois Young

Janice Delois Young, age 77, was born April 18, 1940 in Indianapolis, IN to William O “Coach” and Ada (Sanderson) Bethel, Sr. She moved to Ohio in 1959, where she had been a member of Antioch Baptist Church approximately 50 years. Janice loved her family and friends deeply and enjoyed reading, traveling, and gardening. She enjoyed her occupation as an LPN Nurse for at least 35 years and proved to be very kind and compassionate. She often expressed a deep love for her grandchildren and hope for their futures. On Monday, October 16, 2017, Janice transitioned to Heaven. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward Young, one son Terence L. Kizer, one sister Stephanie Bethel-Solomon, and one brother Juan J Bethel. Janice leaves to cherish her memory step mother, Barbara Bethel; three children, Deborah M. (Kent) Watson, Keith E. Kizer, and Charlotte M. Kizer; one sister, Ingrid Bethel; one brother, William O. Bethel Jr.; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of and a host of treasured relatives and special friends, too numerous to name individually. She will be sorely missed and was loved by all she encountered.
