JANNETTE KAY FANROY was born in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, August 3, 1951, to Sudie and David Ford, Sr. She was formally educated in Columbus City Schools and was a 1969 graduate of Central High School. Jannette was a retiree of Discover Card Services. A faithful member of New Shiloh Full Gospel Missionary Baptist Church, Sister Fanroy served as a Deaconess and Church Mother and was a member of the Mass Choir and Usher Board. In her leisure, Jannette enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, spending time with family, and doting over her sixteen grandchildren and great grandchild. Our beloved Jannette Kay Fanroy, age 69, was called from labor to eternal rest on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. She was predeceased by her parents, Sudie and David Ford, Sr.; sister, Margaret Reese; and special niece, Angela Jones. Loving memories are cherished by her husband, Henry Fanroy Jr.; children, Jannette (James) Johnson, Chris (Crystal) Fanroy, and Deonna (Marquis) Hale; siblings, David Ford Jr., Christine Ford, and Paul Ford; grandchildren, ReKwon, Diamond, Tayona, James IV, Chris II, Aaliyah, Kierra, Makaelyn, Cameron, Maxon, Sarah, Maverik, Chrisshad, Eric, EJ, and Zy’lyn; great grandchild, Ella; and a host of other family members and friends.

Beginning at 1PM, doors will open for a walk-through viewing. For the mutual wellness and respect of those present, all visitors are asked to wear an appropriate face covering, apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer spray upon entry, and maintain proper distancing according to current public health guidelines. We encourage you to utilize Jannette's memorial celebration wall to view her video tribute, send flowers and post an expression of sympathy and support for the family. A receptacle will also be available for on-site collection of sympathy cards and condolence letters.
