Jeffrey (Jeff) Duwarren Russell, of Columbus, Ohio age 57 born November 2, 1962 was sent home to be with the Lord unexpectedly Friday October 9, 2020. Jeff was a very well known individual, to know him, was to love him. Making others laugh came so naturally for Jeff. He is preceded in death by his parents Ottis Russell and Ethel Russell, his sons Dawann Jones and Deshawn Jones, brother Malcolm Russell Sr. and sisters Wyzetta Moore and Stephanie Mathews. He leaves to cherish his memories to his spouse Alice Smith, his children Tamika Jones, Jeffrey (Hunter) Carter, Shequetta (Dedra) Ricks, Tanisha Jones, Tiffany Smith and Kevin Cook, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Beginning at 1pm, doors will open for a walk-through viewing. For the mutual wellness and respect of those present, all visitors are asked to wear an appropriate face covering, apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer spray upon entry, and maintain proper distancing according to current public health guidelines. We encourage you to utilize Jeffrey's memorial celebration wall to send flowers and post an expression of sympathy and support for the family. A receptacle will also be available for on-site collection of sympathy cards and condolence letters.
