Jewel B. Brown, age 20, was born February 26, 1997 to Kachinda Green and Jewel Brown in Columbus, Ohio. Jewel accepted Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age. He attended Independence High School where he graduated in 2015. He enjoyed life and brightened the life of those he came into contact with, he loved to shop, play basketball, do special things for his mother and being with his bothers ( The Three Amigos). On Tuesday, August 8, 2017, Jewel departed this life unexpectedly. He was preceded in death by great grandparents Dessie and Ilean Daniels, great grandmother Lillie Mae Green, uncles, Larry Parks and Germonte Fletcher. Jewel leaves to cherish his memory his beloved mother, Kachinda Green; father, Jewel (Brandi) Brown; brothers, JaJaun, Jadakiss, Dezijuan, Jacob, George, and Justice Brown; sisters, N'dia Fillmore, and Shayla Gilmer; grandparents, Larry and Brenda Green, and Pamela (Booker Sr.) Dupree; aunts, Lawanda Green and Anitra Brown; uncles, Larry Jackson, Ciande Barlow, Anthony White, Lance Davenport, and John White; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and many friends; best friends, Tylon Skelton, Kemnieyl Rice, Anthony Trust (Snoop), Sir Anthony and Devon Bennett; and special friend, Jasmine Renee Corbett.
