John E. Williams was born on May 19, 1940 in Shorterville, Alabama. He passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Mt. Carmel Hospital at the age of 81. He was born to John and Hattie Williams the 2nd child of 9, survived by his children, Robbin Eury and Kevin (Tina) Williams; brothers, Michael (Denise), Jerome; sisters, Linda and Glenda Williams. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Willa Bell Spann; parents, John and Hattie Pearl Williams, brothers, Clyde, William (Bill), Edward (Eddie), sisters, Debra and Lorraine Williams. John was a graduate of Central High School, Columbus, Ohio, Culinary Institute of America at Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, Owner of John Williams Pastry, Civic Center, Hartford Connecticut, Cookie Jar, Washington, D.C., Leah's Bakery and Spoons, Columbus, Ohio. Associated with the Whitehouse for the Nixon Administration and Mayflower and Hotel Sonesta, Washington, D.C. He was baptized, April 4, 1994 and was a faithful and loyal Jehovah's Witness for 27 years.
