Josette Mozelle Dickey

Josette Mozelle Dickey was born December 29, 1959 in Rochester, NY. As a youth, she loved to travel with her mom, swim, ride her bike and roller skate. Josette graduated from Grove City High School in 1979. Josette was a member of Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to the movies and working her job as a custodian at O-DOT through Goodwill. She was a dedicated employee, who never complained. She loved her job. A significant milestone in her life was ringing the bell at the James Cancer OSU Hospital after completion of cancer treatment. She never gave up her will to live. On Wednesday, September 30, 2020, Josette entered eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Kennedy; father, James F. Kennedy; brother, Andrew B. Lindsey; and first husband, Larrie K. Bennett. Josette is survived by her loving husband, Ronald D. Dickey; daughters, Angela K. Bennett and Ebony K. Bennett; and granddaughters, Kristen and Kiersten Smith.
