Joyce Ann (Lincoln) Smith

Joyce A. Smith was born April 6, 1942 to Addie Jane Lincoln and Warren N. Lincoln, Sr., in East Liverpool, Ohio. She attended East Liverpool High School, where she played in the band and graduated in 1952. She also attended The Ohio State University and Franklin University, where she completed coursework which enabled her to obtain her Real Estate license. Joyce retired from the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority after many years of dedicated service. She departed this life on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was predeceased by her parents, and her husband, Robert L. Smith, Sr. Joyce leaves to cherish her memory, her son Robert Wayne Smith, Sr.; brother Warren N. Lincoln; grandsons, Robert W. Smith, Jr. and Sean L. Smith; great grandchildren, Makhi, Nazir, Kamiya, and Ki'Ayla Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.
