Judith Ann (Roberts) Ransom went home to be with the Lord Wednesday August 22, 2012 at The Manor at Whitehall. Sunrise for Judy was March 15, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Everett and Lila Roberts. She was preceded in death by brother Lloyd Roberts, nephew David D Roberts II and great grandson Demetreon Penn. Judy is survived by her husband of 18 years, Percy PG Ransom; four daughters, Toya (Shawn) Draughn, Anika (De Ellis) Williams, Monique Ross and Rachel Ross; brothers, Gary (Suzanne) Roberts, Charles (Laura) Roberts, David (Gwen) Roberts; special and dear sister, Linda Roberts; 17 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, and many special friends and extended family. Judy grew up on the eastside of Columbus where she attended Beatty Park Elementary, Champion Junior High, East High and Central High School from which she graduated class of 1968. She retired from Ohio Bell / ATT as an information operator. Throughout her life Judy maintained her role as a dedicated wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to all. We will miss that big smile and crazy laugh! Judy Loved The Most High With All Her Heart! Thanks to the staff at The Manor at Whitehall and Hospice for their love, care and support.
